They craft all Northern Pasta at their small but mighty Pasta HQ in Cumbria, with their signature blend of regeneratively grown British Spelt. They use Bronze Dies to give their pasta it's incredible texture & dry it slowly at low temperatures to enhance the delicious nutty flavour & take care of the high-quality ingredients they use.
