The cast stone Tatham Tazza is a replica garden ornament in the form of a planter, urn or vase. The Coade original for this fine design dates from c1812 and is known as the Tatham Tazza after Charles Heathcote Tatham (1772-1842), an architect of considerable repute who studied in Italy.
The urn is a precise replica, copied from a Coade stone original. The fine copy is so accurate and faithful to the original Coade design that it even features a replica of the original Coade stone date stamp “Coade & Sealy 1812”.
