Victorian Lantern Cloche or Handlight

A large Victorian lantern cloche, sometimes referred to as a handlight, this example is cast iron. They are used for the protection of plants and vegetables, creating a miniature greenhouse. The glazing is missing from the majority of this lantern cloche so it might be a little breezy but we have a supply of glass available to allow for restoration if required.

More of a decorative antique for the garden now than a practical item, this handsome lantern cloche will enhance any garden.
