An unusual 19thC dresser, the rack or bookshelves above a base of cupboards with fielded panel doors. Stylistically confusing as it has elements of more primitive dressers but is constructed in mahogany and has a smart dentil cornice and three quarter round columns supporting the shelves above. The quality and methods of construction are similar to work by Collinson and Lock. Some small losses of moulding to the top. C.1870
