Libby adopted a varied approach to her painting, which is predominantly in acrylic. Some of her work is quite abstract whilst other is more figurative. One of the distinguishing features of all her work is a vibrant use of colour. Much of her recent work reflects her interest in the local Lakeland landscape, which she found both geographically and spiritually enriching.
