A late Regency or William IV period Rosewood table with a fold over top and beize surface for cards/games. With a fine dense timber, quadrant beaded edge and frieze flanked by carved scrolled brackets. Supported by a plain tapering pedestal with chased brass collar. Standing on four outswept carved legs (the knees carved with acanthus) terminating in the original brass castors. A smart and useful table in perfect original condition.
