Roast chicken hotch pot, roasted thigh meat with chilli, root vegetables, chicken broth, boiled hen’s egg

Beef short rib croquette, pico de gallo, smoked marrow & mustard mayo

Mixed mushroom royale, crispy mushrooms, croutons, Parmesan & asparagus

Slow cooked young jacket potatoes, black pudding & creamed spinach


Butter roasted turkey breast, stuffing, bread sauce, cranberry sauce, gravy

Roasted winter squash, nut stuffing, cranberry sauce & veggie gravy 

Slow cooked lamb belly, anchovy purée, wilted kale & roast garlic sauce

(All mains served with a side of roast potatoes, brussels sprouts with bacon lardons & roasted carrots with toasted almonds & star anise)
