Christmas Market 2020

 2020 Christmas Market
3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th December.

We are really hoping to host the market in December, but obviously we are watching the Covid 19 situation carefully, and will be confirming closer to the time.  This year will be a ticketed Christmas Market over four days, and we will announce sales of tickets as soon as we feel it's safe to go ahead with the event.
In the meantime we appreciate everyone's support and encouragement !

 Please take a look at the fantastic things that we offered last year.

 6, 7 & 8 December 2019

We're really looking forward to this year's annual Christmas Market, the must visit festive event in the South Lakes.   All the usual YTB offerings, PLUS over 40 quality stalls join us throughout the barn and in our heated marquee selling crafts, art, food and drink.  Each day we have live music;

In the front courtyard we have a variety of stalls including food and drink stalls including Harry's CafeBar outside catering doing fabulous bbq food & drinks.  All the other stalls are hosted in the marquees around the barn,  and upstairs in YTB, along with our regular artisans, Gary Eccles (Furniture Restorer) John Law Blacksmith (Bespokers Forge)  and our newest resident Floristry by Carmen.  Harry's CafeBar inside offers a special Christmas Market menu, always much appreciated (please note we cannot table bookings over the Christmas Market weekend)

We offer a free courtesy shuttle bus service offering  park and ride along the main road which is very useful, and disabled badge holders are welcome to arrive at the main gate where stewards will help you park in designated spaces close by.  We also have extra 'luxury' outside lavatory facilities.

  • la petite crepe

    I have discovered your place via the magazine Living.
    We are a French family food traders and we sell our home-made pancakes twice a week on the Lancaster Market. We make our crepes in a traditional way,using crepieres to cook the batter in front of our customers. We have a selection of sweet and savoury fillings and we use local produce as much as possible. We do sometimes festivals throughout the year and we would be interested in your christmas market.
    Thank you very much for replying
